We ask that you submit your order through our website, mail or fax the information to us. The Tuck Shop Manager will then contact you to confirm your order and receive instruction for payment at that time. Fulfillment of your order is based upon availability.

- Returns and exchanges, with an original sales receipt, can be processed via mail.
If you are returning or exchanging your order, please insure your package and prepay the shipping. If an error was made with your order or an item is defective, let us know and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase and surface shipping costs. To exchange or return merchandise by mail please call the Tuck Shop at 519-773-3408, tell us the problem and request a pre-paid return shipping label.

To return an item to the Tuck Shop retail store, please have your sales receipt with you. Any item returned without a sales receipt will be refunded or exchanged at the current retail price.
We do not ship International Orders.
We ship in-stock items the next business day after we receive an order. Allow 14-24 business days for standard delivery. If an item is back ordered or out of stock, you will receive notification. We ship via Purolator Courier.
